The route and the day
The journey is roughly 230 km via Salem and Erode. Guests travelling for a morning meeting usually leave Dharmapuri before dawn; those travelling for a hospital appointment often prefer a same-day return with waiting time built in.
Waiting during the day is agreed up front and reflected in the quotation rather than added afterwards.
Coimbatore airport and city drops
Drops at Coimbatore International Airport at Peelamedu are handled the same way as our other airport work: the pickup time is set from your check-in cut-off and parking is billed at actuals.
City drops at Gandhipuram, Peelamedu, Saravanampatti, Race Course and the hospital corridor are routine for our chauffeurs.
Vehicle and fare
For two or three travellers the Dzire or Glanza is comfortable. Families and business groups usually take the Rumion, HyCross or Innova Crysta, which also carry samples, cartons or medical equipment without a squeeze.
Fares are calculated on the actual road distance for your route, with tolls and parking itemised at actuals and GST shown separately.

PolaaMaa™ taxi fare in Dharmapuri
Your fare depends on the vehicle you choose and the actual road distance of your route — never a straight-line estimate. The booking form measures the real driving route between your pickup and drop, and the tariff is applied to that distance.
Trips up to 40 km are priced on the local slab tariff. Above 40 km, the outstation tariff applies to the actual running distance. For a one-way booking the vehicle also returns after the drop; for a round trip, the complete route is counted once and never doubled again.
Toll and parking are charged separately from the trip fare, and GST is applied as configured. Before travel, the booking form shows an estimated fare; the final fare is confirmed after the completed distance and applicable actual charges are known.
