01Eligibility and documents

• Valid commercial driving licence with public-service badge
• Minimum three years of commercial driving experience
• Police verification certificate
• Aadhaar and address proof
• Vehicle RC, permit, fitness certificate, insurance and pollution certificate for attached vehicles

02Conduct standards

Chauffeurs must present in the prescribed uniform, maintain personal and vehicle cleanliness, greet passengers courteously, avoid personal conversation unless invited, and maintain complete confidentiality about passengers and destinations.

03Trip acceptance and routing

Allocated trips must be accepted or declined promptly. The agreed route is to be followed unless traffic or safety requires a deviation, which must be reported to the operations desk. Odometer readings are recorded at start and end of each trip.

04Safety obligations

Zero tolerance applies to alcohol, drugs, handheld phone use and speeding. Mandated rest breaks must be taken. Any accident, breakdown or medical incident must be reported to operations immediately.

05Cash handling

Only the invoiced amount may be collected. Chauffeurs may not negotiate fares, solicit tips as a condition of service, or accept off-platform bookings from POLAAMAA™ passengers.

06Payouts

Payouts are settled on the agreed cycle by bank transfer, net of any advances, fuel cards and documented deductions. A statement accompanies every settlement.

07Suspension and termination

Serious safety breaches, verified passenger misconduct complaints, document lapses or dishonesty result in immediate suspension pending investigation and may lead to termination of the partnership.
