01Capacity by vehicle class
- Executive sedan — 4 passengers with 2 cabin bags, or 3 passengers with 2 large bags
- Premium MPV — 6 passengers with 3 large bags
- Premium SUV — 7 passengers with 4 large bags
- Luxury MPV — 7 passengers with 4 large bags
02Oversized and special items
Bicycles, musical instruments, sports equipment, wheelchairs and infant seats can be carried when declared in advance. A larger vehicle class may be required, which changes the fare.
03Roof carriers
Roof carriers are used only where the vehicle is fitted for one and the load is legally secured. Fragile items are not carried on the roof.
04Prohibited items
- Inflammable liquids, gas cylinders, fireworks and explosives
- Narcotics and any contraband goods
- Live animals other than declared, crated pets
- Items that legally require a separate goods permit
- Anything that obstructs the chauffeur's view or vehicle controls
05Responsibility
Passengers remain responsible for their own baggage throughout the journey, including at stops. We recommend keeping valuables and documents in the cabin with you.
