01How do I book a ride?
Use the fare calculator on this site to get an instant estimate and send the reservation over WhatsApp, or call the reservations desk directly. A confirmation with chauffeur and vehicle details is shared before pickup.
02How is the fare calculated?
Fares are built from the actual road distance for your route and the vehicle you choose. Your estimate shows trip fare, toll charges, parking charges and GST as individual lines — nothing is hidden, and internal operating costs are never added as separate customer charges.
03Are tolls included in the quoted fare?
Tolls are charged at actuals and shown as a separate line. For one-way journeys the toll estimate includes the vehicle's return to Dharmapuri, because the return leg is unavoidable for the operator.
04What is the free waiting time?
Normal pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting. Airport pickups have a longer, configurable window. Beyond that, waiting is billed at ₹120 per hour (₹2 per minute).
05Can I cancel a confirmed booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free within the cancellation window applicable to your trip type. After that, a cancellation charge may apply. Full details are on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
06Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. A GST invoice carrying GSTIN 33ABIFP7538B1ZB is issued on request for any journey. Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoicing.
07How much luggage can I carry?
Capacity depends on the vehicle class — from two cabin bags in a sedan to four large bags in a seven-seater. Declare oversized items at booking so the right vehicle is allocated.
08Are the vehicles commercially permitted?
Every vehicle carries a Tamil Nadu commercial tourist permit and yellow registration plate, is insured, and is maintained on a scheduled service programme.
